Registration
Registration should be filled out and turned in by the first class in August all new and returning students are required to complete a registration form. You may register at any time during the years provided space remains in that level or class.
All New and Returning students are required to pay a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee. Turn in your Check or Money order with your registration form . Please make all checks payable to Family Fitness.
Tuition
Tuition is due by the 15th day of each month . A $10 late fee will be applied to your account when paying after 15th. The late fee will be applied to all money owing, including Costume deposits, Costume balances, and tuition. Late fees are applicable to all students enrolled. If the dance student attends any lesson during a particular month, then the entire monthly tuition is due. A 10% discount is given for tuition that is paid in full for the year.
Cancelled Classes
If there is a question regarding cancellation due to inclement weather, please call Danielle Cooper. We will be contacting parents if for any reason classes have been cancelled that day. Cancelled classes will be made up during the school year or at the end of the season.
The School reserves the right to cancel at any time a class because of insufficient enrollment and close a class, which has reached capacity.
Statements and Current Information
Each month your statement and current information about your Childs classes will be mailed out on the 1st of the month.
Dress Code and Studio Rules
Black Tap Shoes, Pink Ballet Shoes, Black Jazz Shoes. Any type of dance leotard and tights (skirts are allowed but not required). Hair should be up and away from face. No gum, jewelry, food, or drinks in classed! (N0 food allowed in the dance studio) Please labels all of your belongings with your name. Be on time! This means be early, dressed, and ready to dance.
Overall neatness, cleanliness, of students is emphasized. Kindness, consideration and respect of instructors and fellow students is emphasized and rewarded
Conferences
If your child has any special problems, please inform the instructor up registration. Also, if you wish to speak to an instructor about your child anytime during the year, please feel free to set up time to do so.
Annual Recital
We have a formal recital every year. This performance is an important part of your child's dance education and all students are encouraged to participate.
Our annual recital is tentatively scheduled for May. All students attending class with Elite Dance Company have the option to participate in the recital. The date of your child's performance will be announced at a later date. All students receive a certificate for there performance at the recital. Dance costumes are required to participate in
Costumes
Approximate costume fees are due November 15th and are nonrefundable. Students are required to purchase a costume for every class they are enrolled in (if they will be participating in the recital) Pictures Abercrombie photography will be taking group and single dance photos in April. All payments must be in on picture day.

Through consistent dance training children can develop better posture, coordination, balance, endurance, strangth, grace, poise, timing, rhythm, self confidence, discipline of body and mind, self esteem, positive attitudes, socialization and teamwork skills. Also, it has been proven that students participate in dance excel in their schoolwork!!
